Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Brynmawr is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Brynmawr and the surrounding UK area. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our medical questionnaire honestly and in full. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or cancel an order if we determine that a product or service is not clinically appropriate for you.
Our services are not available to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or to individuals with certain medical conditions that may be identified during the clinical assessment process.
All prescription medications dispensed by us require approval by one of our registered pharmacists or prescribers. Submitting a medical questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our clinical team will review your information and may contact you for further details before making a prescribing decision. You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for a single dispensing unless otherwise stated. We do not issue prescriptions for controlled drugs through this online service.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will always be charged the price displayed at the point of ordering.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
We dispatch to UK addresses only. Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or adverse weather.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging appropriate for pharmaceutical products.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and approved. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been issued and dispensing has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as medications cannot be resold for safety and regulatory reasons. This is in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes prescription medicines from the standard 14-day right to cancel.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your regular GP or healthcare provider. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
We cannot guarantee specific weight loss outcomes. Results vary between individuals and depend on adherence to treatment and lifestyle factors. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention immediately.
We collect and process personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing our clinical and pharmacy services. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
